Service with Tristan was great. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and even called the office when he was unsure about the price. He has been here before and he continues to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He is a great tech. But the way they schedule appointments is not great. I was never told what time my appointment was and just told they would call me when they were coming over. It's very frustrating because you can't plan your day and your whole day is wasted waiting for them to arrive.
Brandon arrived on time, was quick and professional and very pleasant to work with. We have had him on a previous service a few years ago. Highly recommend Mesaba Heating and Air Conditioning!

Excellent young man who worked on our furnace.
Furnace went out. Mesaba heating had Tristan out to the house with in an hour and a half. He had the furnace up and running in no time. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Tristan explained everything in detail. I am 100% satisfied.
Brandon was super informative, showed me exactly what was the problem and what the best solution was to get it fixed.
Kurt was on time and very professional. Good guy and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
Technician Jordan appeared to be good and thorough with the annual inspection of our propane furnace and our air source heat pump. He detected one fairly minor issue that he addressed. (We paid for it)
