Is Maintenance Optional?
No. It might seem like maintenance is an optional investment, but it really isn’t. Every HVAC system is designed to last 10-15 years, but that lifespan can really only be reached with routine, yearly maintenance. Without maintenance, your system will degrade faster and will likely require replacement much earlier than that.
Why are Repairs Discounted on a Maintenance Membership?
A technician performing maintenance will spot issues before they become repair needs. This means that we can usually make repairs while performing routine maintenance. We’re confident in our ability to keep your system in good shape, so we give a discount on any repairs we don’t catch early!
Can I Perform Maintenance on My Own?
No. Firstly, many HVAC systems are covered by a warranty that can be voided the moment you open the system to perform DIY maintenance. And second, maintenance requires thorough training and knowledge of your HVAC system’s components. A wrong move could cause expensive repairs.
Can I Get Multiple Systems Maintained on One Plan?
Yes! Your first system will cost $14.95/month, but each additional system will be $9.95/month as long as they’re at the same address.
