Hard problem to find when it wouldn't act up. Second time out they replaced flame sensor and so far it seems to be working correctly

My husband and I had gotten the furnace in our new home checked out to make sure it was good to go for winter. Found out that unfortunately it was not in good shape and we would need a new one. Thankfully mesaba heating and air got out to us asap. They got on it immediately. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the inspection of our old furnace, to the installation of our new one. Absolutely recommend Mesaba heating and air conditioning. Very professional, prices were very acceptable and everyone was informative. Also there was no pressure to do or get anything we didn't need. Thank you all for everything you do.

Service was efficient and professional. Motor fan on furnace for A/C and furnace was in need of replacement. The part was ordered and shipped promptly. Josh is an experienced and professional technician! He diagnosed, informed me of the issue, and with the service plan, he did the cleaning of both housing of fan motor and A/C unit outdoors. Efficient and thorough and polite, Josh's work was excellent. He cleaned everything up, including the garden hose being circled and placed by the faucet. I highly recommend him. The office staff are there to answer readily and have the records for reference. They are pleasant and professional. Deanne and Jane are to be commended. Josh is a five star technician!
