We contacted contacted 3 HVAC companies prior to finding Mesaba Heating and A/C. I started this process in November of 2021 in hopes of having mini split units installed for the summer of 2022. All 3 companies were prompt in scheduling appointments to view the job but 2 of them failed to even provide an estimate even after repeated calls and promises to email me a quote. The 3rd company gave a quote so high I could have build an additional on my house for the cost. In October of this year I contacted Mesaba. What a breath of fresh air! I filled out a request for a quote online and within an hour I had a call to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Randy stopped to look at the job. He was very friendly, helpful and professional and before he left I had my quote. The price was great, I accepted the quote and an installation time was scheduled.
Mesaba called a couple of days prior to installation to confirm our appointment. On the day of installation, Harry and John came as scheduled. They looked the job over and give me their recommendations. They were friendly and courteous and did a phenomenal job. The units look great and preform beyond our expectations. Mesaba also accepted a credit card for payment with no additional cost. I would HIGHLY recommend Mesaba Heating and A/C because they service the customer like it should be done.

Had a mini split installed on my boat in property on lake Vermilion. These guys came highly recommended by others on the lake. I was very impressed. The sales staff actually saved me money. I thought I'd need a larger system. He could have easily said ok and let me spend a few thousand dollars more. Installation date was within 3 weeks of sale, very fast. Communication was great with myself and my electrician. Installation crew was very thorough and very informative. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up nicely. The office staff even had my power company rebate paperwork filled out for me. I could not be happier or more satisfied. Im almost sad that its not in the 90's.
The gentleman that installed our new heating and air systems were absolutely great. Very professional and answered every question i had. Mesaba is the only hvac company i will ever use
