They did a great job selling and installing our mini split
Service was efficient and professional. Motor fan on furnace for A/C and furnace was in need of replacement. The part was ordered and shipped promptly. Josh is an experienced and professional technician! He diagnosed, informed me of the issue, and with the service plan, he did the cleaning of both housing of fan motor and A/C unit outdoors. Efficient and thorough and polite, Josh's work was excellent. He cleaned everything up, including the garden hose being circled and placed by the faucet. I highly recommend him. The office staff are there to answer readily and have the records for reference. They are pleasant and professional. Deanne and Jane are to be commended. Josh is a five star technician! Thanks to all those at Mesaba Heating and A/C.
Everything was great. Only problem was they didn't turn the gas back on outside. Cool shower.???? Had a friend come and help me with turning the gas on.???????

This is the only company in the area, from what I've found, that has been the most responsive and reliable. All their employees i have interacted with have been professional too.
