In the spring of 2009 I purchased a high-efficiency natural gas furnace and central A/C unit from Mesaba after I contacted Bill Thurman at Mesaba, as well as several other vendors to discuss my options, pricing, and follow-up service. I chose Mesaba Heating not only because they offered better pricing but also because of their ongoing commitment to service. The savings I realized the first winter paid for the furnace. The second winter's savings paid for the A/C unit. I am extremely happy with their recommended equipment both from the utility cost savings as well as the dependability.

My costs for heating for the last few years (prior to the installation of my new system from Mesaba) were as high as $160 per month on a year-round budget plan! Since the installation of the new high-efficiency boiler, my monthly costs for heating have dropped below $70. In other words, dramatic savings for me! Thanks, Bill and Mesaba staff!
Mesaba heating has been phenomenal from Deanna in the office answering phone calls to our service techs and install guys! Everyone has been so courteous and when in our home they clean up after themselves and have always interacted with my small children, thank you for the great service!

We were pleased with Corey's service call today. We found him to be polite, competent, considerate, and thorough . And we like that Mesaba Heating calls to remind us of our furnace "checkups" . We beleive in maintenance and like that they have our backs if an unforeseen cold weather problem should occur.
I have never had a bad experience with any of the guys that have been here to install or do maintenance on my furnace. Everyone has been knowledgeable & courteous. Also very helpful & patient with all of my questions!
