We were having an issue with our AC/furnace system so we didn't have AC. I contacted Mesaba heating & air conditioning and they were able to send a repairman that day. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Unfortunately, our blower motor was damaged beyond repair but he had a new motor in his vehicle. He was able to replace it the same day. Within a couple of ours he had our AC up and running. I cannot thank him enough! We will be using them again for any future maintenance and repair needs.

Service was efficient and professional. Cracked heat exchange needed to be replaced. Warranty covered the part and labor was less than estimated. I was pleased with prompt reply, assessment, part order, and replacement. Harry was a polite technician. Furnace is working great.

My Honeywell T10 thermostat would not connect to my Wi-Fi network. Brandon came and spent two hours troubleshooting and fixing it. He even brought a new one but that did not work. Turns out it needed a new update that came out before I got my Wi-Fi network up and running. So Brandon got it hooked into his tablet Wi-Fi and eventually got the update downloaded. Honeywell did not make it easy to do this but he got it done! Now it works great and I can turn up the heat from my bed, or wherever in the world.
