Excellent work all around, from the sales person that met with us and helped us choose the right unit for the house to the two people that installed the AC unit. Everyone was on time and professional. I will recommend Mesaba to anyone that needs HVAC work done.

This was a good experience from start to finish. The sales representative was professional and knowledgeable in helping me select the correct furnace. The crew that was sent to deliver and install the furnace were also very professional, working hard all day to get the job done in one day. They left me with a good looking installation and cleaned up after themselves. I am quite pleased.

I can attest that Mesaba goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. In my case, a new heat pump was placed close to a masonry window well, causing ice to unexpectedly accumulate there. No problem--they returned and solved the issue by moving the pump several feet away for no additional charge.
Mesaba's professional service technicians and sales staff have been consistently helpful. They have the patience to explain additional tips and suggestions to ensure I am getting full satisfaction out of the new heat pump (and related systems) in my older house.
