The Service Technition for my furnace and Heat Pump inspection was Josh and he was very thorough and I also mentioned I was having trouble with my water heater in my garage and he offered to clean the burner and check it out and he got it working again! Thanks Josh!!
We had to replace our entire mini split system that was about 17 years old, and the results are like night and day, or should I say, HOT and cold! ????
Customer service, sales staff & installation team was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable of all aspects of the process. Excellent communication via text, phone calls, and in person visits. We are already so pleased with the final results and it's only been 3 days! We have already recommended the company to friend and family for their heating and cooling needs.
Me and my wife had Mesaba Heating & Air Conditioning install a 2.5 ton central air unit and evap coil in our house and we were extremely happy with the service and results. Randy came in and gave us a quote and walked us through what to expect on the install. He gave us multiple brands and options to choose from. Everyone was professional and the installers completed the work in just a few hours and were friendly and I could not have asked for better work. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and will be going through them for any future work needed.

Very friendly customer sercice, integrity (one company) was going to charge me over a 1,000 and Mesabi tested my system and just treated it at a very low cost. Then the other compay called and wanted to do the work and I said its been done and I explained what they did and there response was oh yah that's what we were going to do.
The service professional was a pleasure to work with! Joshua S has work on things for us many times and he's honestly the best service professional I have ever worked with. He communicated every aspect extremely well!!! This is by far the best HVAC company in the area!
Mesaba Heating & AC did a great job replacing our mini split units. Randy, the salesman we worked with, was fantastic at explaining everything and answering our questions. He also was low pressure and gave us our space to make the right decision. Joe and Jared installed the units did a great job on the install, and when they were done explained how everything worked and some basic things to be watching out for.
